How to Do Burn Out Printing with HTVRONT Auto Heat Press
Check out the cool effects of burnout printing with the HTVRONT Auto Heat Press! Learn how to do this ink-free method in just a few steps. Perfect for crafts, DIY projects, heat press enthusiasts, and those who love heat transfer and iron-on techniques.
Main Materials:
Burn-out Printing: White mushy state
Heat Transfer Vinyl
Rhinestones
Use: Works on a blend of cotton and synthetic fibers. Enhance your design with heat transfer vinyl and rhinestones for extra flair.
Steps:
Mix: Combine the paste and powder in a 4:1 ratio and stir until dissolved.
Print: Use 80-100 mesh screen printing to scrape the paste onto the fabric or apply the paste brush to the fabric covered with hollow PET film
Dry: Heat the printed fabric at 120-140℃ (248-284℉) for 5 minutes.
Finish: Hand wash to remove the charred parts, revealing the unique burn-out design.

Is the platen removable to allow different sized platens to be used?
